We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, sizing, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or any other content on this site is complete, accurate, or error-free.

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your cart at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We accept M-Pesa and card payments. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment details on our servers.

You will receive an order confirmation once payment is verified. This confirmation does not guarantee that the item is in stock — if an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery charges are paid by the customer and calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number issued, responsibility for the delivery passes to the courier. Contact us if you have not received your order within the estimated window.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:

— The exchange request is made within 12 hours of receiving the item. — The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. — The item is returned in its original packaging.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at sirjimmenscollections@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to SIR JIM MEN'S COLLECTION and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
